This silicone swim cap fits nicely and is comfortable to wear. It is easy for me to put on. While wearing it, I feel no pain or pulling, and it stays in place well with no creeping up. It is also fairly lightweight.I have medium-long and thick hair. It goes to a few inches above the bottom of my shoulder blade. All of my hair fit inside the cap just fine. Also, my hair stays completely dry in the water with this cap on.Additionally, it also works for me as a shower cap. But in this case, I roll it up a little higher around the ears and neck, so I can wash those areas. The cap does dries fairly quickly.The cap comes with nose plugs and a set of earplugs, which is a nice extra. Overall, I think this is a nicely designed swim cap, I’m very happy with it, and I have no complaints.

Context. I'm training for my first sprint triathlon (Wildflower Festival, June) and the swim portion has been my weakest discipline. I had to learn to deal with chlorinated pool water in my ears, which was triggering recurring swimmer's ear, and my old nose clip from college finally cracked at the bridge. Needed a fresh set of everything.The cap is your standard adult silicone swim cap, black, fits a normal-sized head with hair pulled back. Not the oversized "for thick hair" version BENICE also makes. I've got short hair so this regular size works fine. Slips on without pulling, doesn't pinch my temples. After 12 pool sessions it shows no thinning or cracking and has not slid off during flip turns.The nose clip is the surprise. Soft silicone with a metal core, you can bend the bridge to adjust the pinch. After my old college clip (rigid plastic, no adjustment) this is way more comfortable. I can wear it for a full hour session without my nose feeling pinched or sore. Stays on through dives off the wall.The earplugs are honestly the reason this set is worth buying as a package. They're shaped silicone, not the moldable wax type. They form a real seal in my ear canal and have completely solved my swimmer's ear issue across 6 weeks of training. My ears come out of the pool dry. I asked my coach and he said the molded design is what most lap swimmers eventually upgrade to.The little mesh storage bag is a nice touch, fits everything plus my goggles. Stays at the bottom of my gym bag and the silicone pieces don't develop that funky smell that wet swim gear gets when stored damp, because the mesh actually breathes.4 stars instead of 5 because the cap itself is plain. It works, but it's the basic version compared to BENICE's better swim caps. If you only need the cap, get a different cap. If you need the full set with nose clip and earplugs in one purchase, this is the right value.

Back when I used to swim on a beauty swimming team, we wore rubber. It grabbed and pulled out my hair, it was so tight that it made grooves in my forehead - in short - It was a nightmare I had to live with. We even had to wet them to get them on our heads.Not so with BENICE's silicone cap. I can open it and stretch it on easily, and then pull one side out to accept my ponytail.The water stays out, my dyed hair doesn't turn funny colors with the chlorine, and I feel confident.My only gripe is the logo. People keep asking me about it. "What's it mean?" Maybe BeNice has a motto or is a motto, but I would really prefer that the logo be on the inside of the cap. I might be cringe, but the logo makes me feel cringe at times. Maybe it'll wear off. For now, I just turn it to the back.The nose plug and earpugs are also things I didn't use back in the day, although they are useful for those who get water up their noses and have trouble with ear infections.I am grateful to finally be able to swim in the technology of this century. I feel better, look better when swimming, and can finally be free of feeling my hair being pulled out. It's a tremendous accomplishment.Well worth the asking price.
