Return Process
- Contact our customer service at support@benicesports.com within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Package the item securely in original packaging with RA number visible
- Ship to the address provided by our team
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong item: We pay return shipping (prepaid label provided)
- Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
- We recommend using trackable shipping - we are not responsible for lost returns
- Return inspection: 1-2 business days after receipt
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Bank/credit card posting: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your bank
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange for a different size or color:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired item
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Customized or final sale items are non-refundable unless defective
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
