I have long sorta frizzy hair with a large head (56cm circumference) and it fits snugly, with some room in the back for more hair, but would be quite a stretch to put on with long braids.I love that it comes with a wig cap, my hair is heavily bleached and dyed and I stopped using swim caps because it would pull/break my hair when putting on and taking off, but this solved the issue with no breakage. Also comes with nose clamp and earplugs, though the cap covered my ears nicely!

Because it is silicone, I can rinse and wipe the cap dry immediately after use to keep it clean and ready for next use. It comes with extra gifts of nose plug and ear plugs which I thought was very thoughtful of the company.

I have 22-inch wavy hair, and my hair was not enough to even fill this swim cap, I shoved one of those fluffy makeup headbands in it too to fill it out for the photo. I am confident this will handle much longer hair and also much fuller hair with no problem! The swim cap feels super solid and well-made.
