As other's have mentioned, getting this over longer hair is a tight fit. However, it can be done. If you have a small head, you'll be just fine, if you have a big head and long hair, it might be more of a challenge. Once it's on, it stays in place well and is comfortable. I can get it to pull down over my ears with neck length hair and a size 7 1/4 hat size, but it's a tighter fit.It's easy to dry out, simply towel off and you're good to go. I appreciate the addition of ear and nose plugs, thoughtful but not necessary. The cap itself is well made and the silicon material is of good quality. For $13.99 at the time of the review, it represents a good value for the money. The only thing that would make it better is removing the cheesy logo, but that's a personal preference.

Mine quickly went from “normal human hair” to something resembling dry straw you might find in a scarecrow. So…enter the swim cap.I have shoulder-length hair, and I had no problem getting it tucked inside. It takes a minute to figure out the technique (there may have been a brief wrestling match), but once it’s on, it fits snugly—secure without feeling like it’s trying to cut off circulation to my brain, which I appreciate at this stage in life.Now, the listing says it works for long hair, dreadlocks, braids, etc. I’m a little skeptical there. Based on how it fits me, I’d imagine very thick or long hair might feel a bit tight—but that’s just my personal opinion.As for performance, it does exactly what I need it to do—keeps most of my hair protected and makes me feel slightly more like I know what I’m doing in the pool (even if I don’t).It also comes with earplugs and a nose clip, which I didn’t necessarily need, but hey—bonus accessories. They fit fine and are a nice extra if you use them.Bottom line: Great for beginners, casual swimmers, and anyone trying to save their hair from turning into a hay bale. It’s comfortable, does the job, and doesn’t require Olympic-level skill to use—just a little patience and maybe a sense of humor. 😄

My wife always has long and thick hair and she always wants swim cap especially when we go to the beach. Her old swim cap is kind of losing the elasticity. This swim cap fits her perfectly well. You can feel the difference with this swim cap; it is a lot softer and her old ones, the fact that it made by silicone probably make the difference. I stretched it and was wow by it expansion. She can push her hair in easily not like the old ones and it holds a lot more hair judging by the long deep shape of the cap.She wear it for about 15 min and she said that it was very comfortable, again, compared to the old cap. The material feels durable of soft on her skin. We are a bit concern that it might completely sealed to prevent water to get in. And again, she only dips into the water occasionally so it might be a non issue for her. This cap fits her well, comfortably stay in place and feel good to wear, she will enjoy this cap in the pool and on the beach this summer

I am a dedicated lap swimmer, so I go through a lot of swim caps. The BENICE Extra Large Silicone Swim Cap for Women and Men was advertised to be 100% soft, stretchy silicone (like my current faded ol' cap), so I thought I'd give it a try.The swim cap arrived quickly, minimally packaged in an attractive reusable clear case inside a paper mailer. Ear plugs and a nose clip were also thoughtfully included. The cap was obviously new and clean.When I opened the case, the cap had a odor similar to that of a beach ball. Later, I realized the odor was coming from the plastic case, not the cap. The cap appears to be made of thick, high-quality, smoorh, durable, odorless silicone that will hold up well to chlorine and last for many miles of laps.The cap is a crisp white color with the BENICE logo. While white can be a versatile color, the bold shade does not complement my spring/autumn complexion. It may look better outside in the summer light, but I swim year-round in an indoor pool. I do like the case design and the BE NICE symbol on the cap, however.Sadly, although the new cap is essentially the same size as my beloved old cap and labeled as an "extra large," it is not as stretchy and does not fit me as well as my old cap. Instead, the BENICE cap is tight and uncomfortable on my larger-size head and doesn't accommodate my long hair. On the plus side, the cap doesn't snag my hair.I also think the $16.99 price is steep for a white swim cap. White caps typically cost less than a colorful ones. As I know from years of swimming and replacing caps, colorful, top-tier brand-name swim caps can be purchased for less than the BENICE cap. The BENICE cap's higher price may be due to the thickness of the silcone material.For me, the BENICE cap is not a good value for the money because its price is a bit high and it doesn't fit me comfortably. The swim cap might work well for you if you have a smaller size head, short hair or prefer thicker, tighter swim caps.
